RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.

 

  • RETURN POLICY

After confirmation of the order, you are not allowed to request a refund of the order as we had sent your order for processing. It takes at least 7 days to process the lens. If you have just ordered and want to do alteration or refund, you may email us ASAP. We will try our best to help you. If we are in the processing of your order there will be no refund.

If you had received damaged item you must take some pictures and email us ASAP. We will investigate and replace you. If you have used the items, we are not allow to accept any return. We only do one replacement and will not entertain second return for the same item.

Note: Mawkoprics reserves the right of any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Voucher Exchanges to be used on our website within 30 days of issuance.

All refunds will be an issue as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

Moreover, if we remove or suspend you for your breach of the website terms then you will not receive a refund for our service.
